Our Founding Pastor

Rev. Frank Sharp, Founding Pastor

“Pastor Frank” as he was known by his loving and faithful congregation was called by God to preach in his teens.  Saved at the age of 12 in a Bible Club meeting at the Port Norris Baptist Church, our pastor’s mission in life was to guide others on the road to salvation in Jesus Christ and to edify believers with good biblical teaching.

Pastor Frank served the Aura and Monroeville United Methodist Churches for several years before becoming the founding pastor of Country Road Bible Church in Centerton.  He completed his ministry as founding pastor of Harvest Bible Fellowship Church in Monroeville, NJ which was established in January of 2008.

The pastor’s family included his wife Lynn and his three children Frank Jr., Vickie, and Mike.  He also loved to spoil and talk about his four beloved grandchildren- A.J., Jordan, Camryn and Michael.  His favorite activities were reading, watching baseball, and spending time with those grandchildren!  In earlier years, instead of watching baseball, he was playing it, having put in many years as a varsity infielder for Millville High, Taylor University, and the Oyster League!

Pastor Frank went to be with the Lord on December 7, 2016.
